With stores throughout the major cities of northern Europe time has now come to enter The Netherlands. And we do so in a regal manner: The First Dutch Weekday home will be the imposing building on Rokin 84, built In 1883 and previously the residence of Prins Hendrik der Nederlanden.
The store on Rokin 84 is a three floors complex, designed by the Berlin-based architect duo Pierre Jorge Gonzalez and Judith Haase who describe their no-nonsense approach to the Weekday store concept as functional and contemporary using low-cost materials and an innovative use of light punctuating the design. All Weekday stores are unique, yet they all come with a certain, unmistakable vibe that our costumers seem to deeply appreciate. We can’t wait to bring that to Amsterdam too.
